First of Many Pressures
So it begins, Felipe Quispe aka El Mallku cannot contain his disdain for the new President. Ninety days to implement the changes he says or his Pachakuti movement will have to carry out a more "offensive attitude".
Quispe also criticized all 16 members of the new cabinet calling them members of the "old political guard" and some new ministers have been "denounced by international organizations."

I bet you Quispe thinks that Evo should have been him (the first indigenous President of Bolivia).
