Cochabamba - 14 de Septiembre

Sure, I love my city - Cochabamba, (even though I currently am not living there). However, I am not one of those that prefers to fly the Cochabamba flag instead of the Bolivian flag. I also love many other cities in Bolivia, but for me Cochabamba is the one I know inside and out. In honor of 14 de septiembre - Cochabamba's Day, here is a song from Tupay:

Tupay - Orgullo K'ochala

Also, please check my section on Cochabamba which has three distinct photographs of the Ciudad de las Flores,

Finally, because I have no time these days, find the entry I wrote one year ago today about my fair city.

Happy "cochala" day! I also love Chchabamba. It is where I spent many vacations.

I remember those walks through El Prado, those excellent ice creams from Heladeria Dumbo (I think now it is called something else), those mornings walking through La Cancha and Quillacollo. The food is specially delicious: Chicharron, Silpancho, Pique, Chicha, Sajta, hm.... makes my mouth water.

Cochabamba... The GREATEST. A city which I love.
I hope and pray for better days in this beautiful city. Tunari will always watch over us, even after we are gone.
