In our Voces Bolivianas workshops, we’ve been teaching how to open blogs using the Blogger platform. I had originally wanted to use Wordpress, since I have found it to be easier to use and much less confusing with all of the Adsense, Adwords, that many people ask about (everyone wants to know how to make money with their blog). Now, we may switch back to Wordpress, and some friends of ours came up with a manual for Wordpress. You can see both manuals on the Voces Bolivianas website.
