I spent ten days in Kampala, Uganda in September. In the evening, after completing my Global Voices duties, I would meet up with friends of friends of friends, and one evening took me to the outskirts of town to meet with Abramz. He is in charge of the Uganda Breakdance project. Here is a short video that I took.
