I love the fact that the La Paz airport provides free wi-fi.  I love that my MacBook can access this wi-fi, even sitting on the plane waiting for the Aerosur flight to take off to Cochabamba.  The La Paz airport always is interesting in the morning, as much goes on here as officials take off for various places. Some quick observations.

Vice-President Alvaro Garcia Linera came in and was whisked away to a private room. Of note, his security details was definitely not Venezuelan, fyi.

Minister Juan Ramon Quintana and Vice-Minister of Sports, Milton Melgar, were off somewhere to protest the decision of the FIFA Ban that will disallow any international games to be played in La Paz.  In hand, they had posters announcing this solidarity campaign to overturn the veto.
