This was one name I didn’t expect. Evo announced that Sacha Llorenti, former head of Asamblea Permanente de Derechos Humanos will become the Bolivian ambassador in the United States. One of his main duties will be to push for the extradition of Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada.
